**STAFF FAVORITE** These are pretty standard mugs for the current industry. I wish that the printing would cover the entire mug — it stops at the handle — though those are harder to find these days with printed artwork on mugs. We have had a set of fractal mugs for a few years. They are microwave and dishwasher safe. Longevity seems to be pretty standard. Like a lot of mugs with printed artwork, over time the image erodes. There are no scratches within our older mugs, and the artwork is not fading. However, the top edging of the artwork is no longer straight, but scalloped, right along the top edge of the art print. Of course we have other printed mugs from other places in our cupboard, and they have cracks in the artwork, peeling in places, and fading. It took YEARS before our fractal mugs started showing signs of wear and tear, and are still looking pretty good all things considered.
