Payment Terms: For all readings, Reiki, and Spirit Fractal work, the full fee is due at the time your request is made, prior to the reading/Reiki/Fractal work. Payment must be received by Kimberly Hansen of Fractalicious before the commencement of your service work. Due to the difficulty with debt collection, all payments for Reiki, readings and Spirit Fractals must be tendered in advance.
Payment Methods: Kimberly Hansen of Fractalicious accepts PayPal for all Reiki, reading, and Spirit Fractal work. ([email protected]) All payment transfers are done through PayPals third party platform, so please be familiar with the privacy policy and terms PayPal puts forth. Kimberly Hansen of Fractalicious is not liable for any mishandling by PayPal. Kimberly Hansen of Fractalicious does not accept check or money orders. Credit card is accepted, only through PayPal, per their policies.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required for cancelling a previously scheduled appointment and must be confirmed by Kimberly Hansen of Fractalicious. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged the full rate of the session, and this fee will NOT be put forward in payment for a rescheduled session. If more than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given, you may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge.
Refund Policy: Reiki sessions, card readings and Spirit Fractal commissions by Kimberly Hansen of Fractalicious constitute a professional service and due to the nature of the service and labor involved, all Reiki sessions, card readings and Spirit Fractals are non-refundable.
All artwork product purchases are done through third party sites (pixels, artofwhere and redbubble) and their terms and polices for refunds apply. Be sure to read and be familiar with their policies, as Kimberly Hansen of Fractalicious is not responsible for damages or product lost in shipping. If there are any issues with any of your Fractalicious products purchased through Pixels, ArtOfWhere or RedBubble, be sure to contact customer service at those sites, and not Kimberly Hansen of Fractalicious, directly.
Disclosure of Limitations: A reading or Reiki work should never be used in place of professional counseling or medical help. Reiki work performed by Kimberly Hansen of Fractalicious is intended to compliment professional medical assistance you already seek.

You should not rely on a reading to make any decision that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition. If your inquiry involves the law, finance, or medicine, then you should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional. Also, a reading cannot replace qualified mental health care. A reading can only facilitate how you cope spiritually within a given situation.
Confidentiality of Reiki treatments and card readings: Kimberly Hansen of Fractalicious exercises reasonable diligence in maintaining the confidentiality of your reading and Reiki sessions, and will not voluntarily, knowingly, intentionally, or willfully disclose your identity or the contents of your card reading or Reiki treatment to third parties. However, if Kimberly Hansen of Fractalicious genuinely believes disclosure is required to: (1) prevent imminent harm or risk of harm to yourself or to another, (s) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or (3) protect or defend Kimberly Hansen of Fractalicious against claims or threats of claims, then Kimberly Hansen of Fractalicious reserves the right to do so to the extent reasonably necessary. Please keep in mind that no legally recognized privilege exists between a Reiki/Tarot professional and a client the way a privilege might exist between an attorney and client, a doctor and patient, husband and wife, or priest and penitent.
Fortune Telling Laws: Pursuant to applicable laws of certain jurisdictions, a person can be guilty of fortune telling when, for a fee or compensation, that person claims or pretends to tell fortunes, or holds him or herself as being able, by claimed or pretended use of occult powers, to answer questions or give advice on personal matters or exorcise, influence, or affect evil spirits or curses unless otherwise done so explicitly for entertainment purposes only. Any and all readings provided by Kimberly Hansen of Fractalicious neither claims nor pretends to tell fortunes and neither claims nor pretends to use occult powers in ways that would run against such laws. In certain jurisdictions, a tarot professional is required to disclose to you that tarot readings should be for entertainment purposes only, and if such a law applies to your reading, then you are hereby on notice thereof.

I will serve the best interests of my clients, conducting my professional activities without causing or intending to cause harm.
I will treat all my clients with equal respect, regardless of their origin, race, religion, gender, age, or sexual preference.
I will represent honestly my Tarot and Reiki qualifications, including educational credentials, levels of certification and experience.
I will keep confidential the names of clients and all information shared or discussed during readings, unless otherwise requested by the client or required by a court of law.
I will not read for minors or anyone under the age of 18 years. I will not read on the thoughts, feelings or motivations of an individual not present in the reading, only the thoughts, feelings, or motivations of the client requesting the reading.
I will recommend clients consult a licensed professional for advice of a legal, financial, medical, or psychological nature that I am not qualified to provide. If trained in one of these areas, I will clearly differentiate between the tarot reading and any professional advice additionally provided.
I will respect my clients’ right to refuse or terminate their reading at any time, regardless of prior consent.
